Meet the CSO

Wade A. Woolfolk is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Woolfolk Enterprises LLC.  He has almost 30 years of professional experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, in management and communications. Wade spent a number of years as a federal contractor working on key issues with Medicare, diplomatic security, information technology and food safety. He also spent ten years with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration working in various capacities such as change management, program and quality management, strategic planning, communications, and international affairs. Wade is also a certified change management practitioner. 

Wade believes in service to the community. He is a former county commissioner and served as a board member for issues on homelessness and education. Wade was also an ambassador for the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign, to raise monies in support of breast cancer awareness, research, and programs. He is also a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. 

Wade completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Bowie State University, the oldest historically black college and university in the state of Maryland, earning a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Organizational Communications. He also enjoys writing inspirational books, golfing, and traveling. Wade resides in Maryland with his wife who is an educator.
