Wade A. Woolfolk is the founder and CEO of Woolfolk Enterprises LLC. He has almost 30 years of professional experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors, in management and communications. Wade spent a number of years as a federal contractor working on key issues with Medicare, diplomatic security, and food safety. He is also a certified change management practitioner.
Wade believes in service to the community. He is a former county commissioner for the Human Rights Commission of Prince George's County, MD. He also served as a board member for issues on homelessness (United Communities Against Poverty, Inc.) and education (Ethics Panel for Prince George’s Board of Education). Wade was also an ambassador for Prince George’s County for the American Cancer Society’s Real Men Wear Pink campaign, to raise monies to support breast cancer awareness, research, and programs. He is a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
Wade completed his undergraduate and graduate studies at Bowie State University, the oldest historically black college and university in the state of Maryland, earning a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Organizational Communications. He also enjoys writing inspirational books, golfing, and traveling. Wade resides in Maryland with his wife who is an educator.
